Health Insurance

Today is my final day of Health Insurance & other benefits.

Since I am unable to work due to my current health and pain, I have been struggling to cover the $266 insurance premiums every two weeks.

I can no longer afford to pay the premiums.

I am between a rock and a hard place because I obviously cannot improve my health if I am without insurance.

I am stressed to the max, but I finally gave in and am in the process of filing for Social Security Disability until I can improve.

In case you didn't know, Endo sucks. IC sucks.

  1. I’m truly sorry to know about your situation. I hope everything will turn out for the better. Maybe you can ask some of your family members’ help to ease your problems and recover from the financial hole you fell in. I hope you get well soon as well. I would surely pray for your wellness.

  2. That's awful, and I've been there. Is there any way to get back on your parent's insurance, if they have it? You look young, if you're under 26 you can still use your parents' insurance if they get it through work or something.

    I wish I knew better answers. :/

  3. However, medical problems can often be unexpected. get health insurance coverage offers peace of mind that bills will not be a primary worry in a time when you should be focusing on your health.

  4. You may think that if you don't have health insurance, you can just go the emergency room if you need medical care.

  5. Hope you’re doing fine now, Heather. I know that filing for SSD could be arduous, but I’m somewhat relieved because it will help your physical recovery. I have experienced the same dilemma years ago, and it was one of the darkest phases of my life. But I know that you’re strong; you can definitely recover from this. Take care! :)

  7. Experiencing endometriosis is one of the hardest parts of my life, too. I agree that most women who suffer from this were silent weepers, and having a health insurance can be your best friend at this times. I hope you’ll never lose hope and I know that things will be ok in the next days. :)
